MotionMind — After Effects Automation Suite · 2025
A custom After Effects extension for GGPoker's 14-region campaign pipeline. One creative concept in — statics, videos, and CPPs, every size, every language, in one pass. Proved on my own pipeline first.
~600 deliverables were being done manually.Per designer. Per campaign.
At GGPoker / NSUS Group, every campaign shipped across 14 language regions:
5 static sizes, 4 video sizes x 6 scenes each, and 2 CPP sizes x 7 slides each.
That’s roughly 600 individual production units per campaign — resized,
localized, renamed, and exported one at a time.
The creative direction — the part that actually moved metrics — took a
fraction of the time. The rest was mechanical repetition with no system behind it.
This wasn’t a workload problem. It was an infrastructure problem.
And no solution was being built.

Built over 6 months using AI as the engineering partner. The
Localization panel swaps regional text and assets across all
language variants from a single master comp. The Resizer outputs
every size and region automatically — in one pass.
The CPP panel is the most complex: a CPP is 7 interwoven statics
that must update simultaneously when a promotion changes. One edit cascades across
the entire set — every language, every size.
The gap widens with scale. See it.
* Estimates based on real GGPoker campaign parameters. Manual time vs. MotionMind automated output pass.
By the second half of 2025, the system was live on my pipeline. Output doubled without increasing headcount. The time automation reclaimed went back into craft: Blender in what had been a purely 2D pipeline, sharper art direction, a more deliberate visual language. In a market flooded with low-cost, templated creative, these were campaigns built on craft — not cost.
The $100K Weekly Freeroll was the largest campaign I produced with MotionMind fully deployed — 116 assets across 11 language regions. With variant production automated, that time went back into art direction. The result: the best CPL at scale in the entire 14-campaign dataset.
MotionMind exists because I saw a structural problem, diagnosed it in systems terms, and built the fix — before being asked to. Here's what that reveals:
